just a quick pit stop

Got some fun presents - a Tonka helicopter (trust me, it looks pretty cool and it has alot of bells & whistles)

Noah's birthday

Last Wednesday, Noah turned two! We had a family birthday party with some of his favorite foods for supper (not ALL his favorites - that would be TOO much!) Auntie Cindi made one of her wonderful cake creations, also a favorite of Noah's - a digger!!
Lets get right to it, shall we?

Family birthday party

Yesterday at family night (which is a weekly event at our home) we celebrated Rick's 54th birthday. Cindi made him a "tool-time" cake. Now, she probably won't like that I blogged a picture of it because it wasn't as elaborate as she usually creates (oh my goodness, her decorating skills are AMAZING) but it was most appropriate, because......................
oh, what could it be..........
ANOTHER TOOL!!!! Rick DOES LOVE tools, and he is getting quite a collection. Happily, he has put them all to good use, and we have alot of evidence of his woodworking skill around our homes. Here's to my handsome, hardworking, handyman husband. Happy birthday. I love you.
