Garden Stuff

This sunflower would not stop growing as you can see it is almost 10 feet tall
and whenever I go into the garden my two helpers are never far behind
This is the second year I have grown this interesting and edible plant anybody know what it is? Yes I know what it is.. just wondering if anybody else does. And yes I also know that our life needs more excitement when all I can blog about is garden stuff. Posted by Picasa

It sure looks pretty! My guess is some kind of bean? Your sunflower is amazing also...in Toronto, the squirrels eat them as soon as the seed heads form. (That's our excuse.)

Walking down our street today, I saw what I think is the same plant, growing in someone's front yard (with some cucumbers and other vegetables). So someone else knows about this plant too! When are you going to tell us what it is?
